Using the service

Use Xaadir only for lawful workforce attendance, time management, and related business purposes. You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use only the access granted to you.

Organizations and administrators

Organizations are responsible for configuring their workspace, inviting authorized users, setting attendance and time policies, giving staff appropriate notice about enabled check-in methods, and ensuring their use of Xaadir follows applicable laws. Administrators should protect access to staff and payroll-related information.

Honest attendance and fair review

Users must record their own work time truthfully and must not falsify, alter, or submit attendance records on another person’s behalf without authorization. Location or identity checks should be used transparently and consistently. Xaadir provides records and views to support accountability; employers remain responsible for reviewing exceptions, hearing staff concerns, and making fair decisions.

Time and payroll information

Xaadir can help organize time records and provide context for payroll workflows. Displayed totals are operational information and should be checked by authorized staff before payroll is approved or paid. The organization remains responsible for its pay calculations, employment obligations, and final payroll decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or use the platform to violate another person’s rights. We may restrict access where needed to protect users, the service, or comply with law.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep Xaadir useful and available, but features may change and interruptions can occur. We may update the service and these terms as it develops. Continued use after revised terms are posted means the updated terms apply to future use, to the extent permitted by law.
