Depending on the features an organization enables, Xaadir may process account and profile details, work schedules, attendance events, time records, and information needed to operate and support the service. Check-in features may use location, workplace network, QR, or identity verification data when enabled by the organization and permitted by applicable law.

How information is used

Information is used to provide workforce attendance and time management features, show records to authorized users, support payroll review workflows, maintain service security, and respond to support requests. We do not describe these records as a substitute for human review or an employer’s payroll approval.

Workplace records and access

Organizations using Xaadir determine their workforce policies and which administrators can access staff records. Staff should direct questions about their organization’s attendance policies and record corrections to their employer. Access should be limited to people who need the information for their work.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be made available to the organization that operates the workspace and to service providers that help deliver, secure, or support Xaadir. It may also be disclosed where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Records should be retained only as needed to provide the service, meet the organization’s requirements, and satisfy legal obligations. Appropriate technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information; no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and questions

Depending on your location and the context, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information. For workplace attendance records, contact your employer or workspace administrator first. For general questions, contact us through the WhatsApp link on our home page.
